Check-Out Policies

Library materials that leave the library must be checked out by students or staff members.  Materials must be carried into the library by the patron to be renewed. We do not renew books that are left at home. Periodically, overdue notices may be sent home or emailed to families and staff members.  If you have a question about your student's account or your staff account, please email Mrs. Nicoson at ksnicoson@avon-schools.org.

While the library staff provides guidance and assistance to students when they are selecting materials, we strive to teach our students to be independent reading consumers.
