Leaders Head West to Receive National Recognition
Late last year, Sycamore Elementary School learned they were one of 63 schools in the nation—one of only two in Indiana—to be named a 2025 National ESEA Distinguished School.

Assistant Superintendent Carrie Alday and Sycamore Principal Nicole Harris traveled to the 2026 National ESEA Conference in Denver with Sycamore Instructional Coach Kaitlyn Stalnaker and 2nd Grade Teacher Jennifer Franz to be honored for their work in supporting exceptional student performance and academic growth.
