Substitute Teachers are MVPs in Avon Schools. You will experience:

Competitive Wages

You can earn $110 per day or $55 per half day. Licensed teachers can earn up to $120 per full day or $60 per half day.

Potential Monthly Bonuses

If you complete 12 or more full-day assignments (or equivalent) during the course of a calendar month, you will receive an additional $10 per day compensation for those completed assignments.

Flexible Schedules

You can work as few as four days a month or as many as four days a week. You can accept assignments in advance or accept them last-minute, whatever you prefer.
